of the structure and mechanical and electrical

A BASIC HOME INSPECTION INCLUDES:
A complete home inspection includes a visual examination of the house. The inspector examines the heating system, central air conditioning system (weather permitting), interior plumbing, electrical system, roof, attic, ceiling, walls, windows, exterior siding - soffitt and facia, foundation, gutters and garage doors. A detailed computer generated report with digital pictures will be given to you by email or hand delivered within hours.

NEHA-EPA State of MN Certified
Radon Screening measures the presence
of Radon Gas or by products. The report
includes an explanation of Test Results and
an estimate for a Radon Reduction System
if needed.


CERTIFIED INDOOR AIR QUALITY
TESTING

An Indoor Air Quality Testing is available if there is a question about mold, asbestos and lead. All samples are evaluated by Pro-Lab a certified mold, asbestos and lead laboratory. Results will be sent within 36-48 hours by e-mail. Cost for Radon & Air Quality are in addition to the Basic Home Inspection. Call fro Quotes if desired.
